Occupation: Car mechanic

 Personality: Such a troublemaker. Not because he wants to hurt anyone/anything, just likes to have fun. Usually he's rather immature and careless, but tries to readjust his mistakes when he realizes them. Out of work, he really likes to hang out with others, even if he doesn't know them. Despite of his educational attainment and behavior he's not an idiot, probably just was too lazy to learn.

 Biography: He was born in Junction City in an avarage family. As an only child, his parents tried to give him the bests, and sent him to a renowned high school. Jeff wasn't really satisfied by that school, neither was a diligent student, so soon after his marks started to go bad, he was expelled.
After he did the same thing in several schools, his parents "gave up" and said "Do what you want, son...". Since his father worked at a construction company as a crane operator, he wanted to choose the same job (which was appreciated by his dad). Unfortunately it was revealed that he has a fear from height. Therefore he had to find another career. Once he took the family's car to a workshop and had a conversation with one of the mechanics which encouraged him to choose a similar job. He was so interested in the theme, that he had completed a two-year course and started to work as a mechanic too. Ever since he really enjoys his job, but somewhere he still loves the most his freetime.

 Some facts:

He wears his piercing and eardrops even in his dragon form
Although he's bisexual, most of his lovers were boys
As it was written above, he has acrophobia
His most beloved object is his wrench, which was given to him by the guy who lead him to his career
He has a frog (which is free to jump around in his flat)
